Not local to the Philadelphia area? No Problem!
Just fill out the form. Once completed you will receive our address and a ticket number via email. Please include ticket number in the box so we can match it when the package arrives. Please also email or text us the tracking number.

How much does it cost?
We offer flat rate prices on our repairs. It does not include part cost or shipping fees. The final price will vary based on the issue and the repair. We do offer free estimates/diagnostics.
How long does it take?
The typical turnaround time is 1-3 days plus shipping time. It can be shorter than that or it can be longer if we need to order parts. Either way we will provide status updates at each step in the process.
Am I responsible for shipping costs?
Yes, we offer UPS Ground return shipping which is typically $10-$20 within the United States. You will be responsible for the costs of shipping to and from us - Unless we are unable to resolve the issue and then its no charge!
How do I pay?
After the repair is complete we will send out our final invoice for payment. You can pay via Stripe (credit/debit card), PayPal, Apple Pay, or Zelle.
How does free estimate/diagnostic work?
Once we diagnose your device we will send you an estimate of the repairs for your approval. If you do not approve the repairs there will be no charge except for the cost to ship the device back to you.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, we provide a 30 day warranty. Please note this is only valid for the issue that was repaired. Any new issues will be treated as a new case.
